Purely Millets primarily serves customers in the United States. Store prices are shown in USD. Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, charges, applicable taxes and any available delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you place an order.

Dispatch and delivery

We follow the shipment timing requirements of applicable law. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated with your order, or the applicable legal timeframe when none is stated, we will contact you about the delay. We will seek your consent to a revised shipping date or provide cancellation and a refund for unshipped goods as required by law.

We share dispatch or tracking information when available. Carrier estimates may change. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help.

Changes and questions

Check your delivery details before ordering. To request an address change or cancellation, email hello@purelymillets.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
